The air conditioner kit is equipped with the following indoor units:

• 1 x 9000 BTU- Ideal for rooms from 15 to 25 sqm with an average height of 2.7 m
• 1 x 12000 BTU- Ideal for rooms from 25 to 40 sqm with an average height of 2.7 m

The Console J2 from Toshiba ’s Natur32 range enriches the large family of air conditioners of the Japanese brand. Compared to the old version of the Toshiba Console, this new model boasts improved energy classes and a richer range of settable functions. This room air conditioning solution will also be able to offer the highest levels of comfort as well as truly notable energy savings and a lower environmental impact .

Console split air conditioners are a valid alternative to the installation of standard radiators or fan coils and offer the advantage of sending the air flow „at eye level“. Console units mount low on the wall and can also be easily installed under a window; they are particularly suitable for attic apartments where it is always difficult to find suitable spaces to install the splits high on the walls. The internal units presented here are used together with the Inverter external units to create the monosplit and multisplit combinations in the range.

DESIGN

Toshiba ’s J2 Console has a particularly elegant design that allows it to integrate into any architecture and adapt to all types of furnishings and installation environments, be it a home, a commercial business or a hotel room. The internal units have small and very compact dimensions and take up less space than a standard radiator or fan coil; the external units also have very small overall dimensions.  

BREATHE CLEAN AIR

The internal unit houses a heat exchange coil covered with a protective layer, Toshiba ’s Magic Coil , which prevents dust from depositing on the surface. The unit is also self-cleaning : after switching off, the fan continues to operate for up to thirty minutes to dry the heat exchange coil and eliminate any residual humidity still present.

For better ambient air quality, the Console J2 features the advanced New IAQ Filter filtration system with deodorizing action, to reduce bacteria, prevent allergies and eliminate odors and is equipped with an air purifier .

PERFECT CLIMATE AND RELAXATION

Toshiba Console J2 is able to offer a perfect climate in all seasons: thanks to the BI – FLOW air delivery function, the user has full control in managing the air flows by being able to choose to use only the upper outlet grille , the lower one or both; the Advanced Heating mode allows you to select the air delivery only from below, at floor level, distributing the heat more evenly; in combination with the FIREPLACE function which also allows the heat deriving from other heating sources to be distributed from below, it offers maximum comfort in the winter season. The Console J2 units are equipped with an infrared remote control and also equipped with a convenient control panel on the machine for simple and quick adjustment of the main functions. These units also offer the possibility of being controlled remotely via smartphone or tablet by purchasing a WiFi control separately for each indoor unit (code RB-N106S-G) which will make them manageable through the Toshiba HOME AC Control App.

A variety of functions further improve the user’s well-being: The ONE TOUCH button allows easy starting of the air conditioner by touching just one button; the QUIET function sets the silent mode, further reducing the already minimal noise levels. Through the ECO and COMFORT-SLEEP functions, the operating power and perceived Decibels are reduced, obtaining a perfect climate and high energy savings even during the night . The PRESET function allows you to store your favorite settings which can be recalled simply by pressing a button. The HI-POWER function allows you to obtain a faster cooling or heating action while with the POWER SELECT it is possible to set a lower operating power in the presence of multiple appliances in operation. Thanks to the ANTIFREEZE function at 8°C , the air conditioner will be protected from freezing. Finally, with the convenient timer accessible from the remote control it is possible to program the Consoles both daily and weekly.

The sound pressure of the internal unit at just 23 dB(A) contributes to achieving optimal relaxation.

The remote control is compact and has clear functions; it is equipped with a convenient sliding door under which the function keys are housed.

THE OUTDOOR UNIT

The external units for multisplits in the Toshiba G3 series are part of the NatuR32 family of the Japanese brand , particularly innovative and very attentive to the environment thanks to the adoption of R32 gas with low environmental impact. In fact, R32 gas has a GWP – Global Warming Potential or Impact on Global Warming, equal to a third compared to that of its predecessor R410A.

The two-connection external unit presented here has inverter and heat pump technology for both cooling and heating operation and represents the heart of the air conditioner.

The external units for multisplits offer the great advantage of air conditioning multiple rooms using a single external unit and one internal unit for each room ; they are particularly recommended where there is little space for the installation of multiple external units or when you want to reduce the visual impact of this air conditioning component on the facade of the property unit to be air conditioned.

This external unit allows you to connect and power two Toshiba internal units of any series, even of different powers; the internal units will always operate independently and each will be equipped with its own control.
