The air conditioner kit is equipped with the following indoor units:

The internal unit of the Olimpia Splendid NEXYA S5 E Duct air conditioner is mounted in a hidden position, generally in a false ceiling and the air is diffused into the room through a special ventilation opening. The advantages of ductable air conditioners consist in particular of the possibility of air conditioning the rooms without the internal unit being visible to the full advantage of aesthetics and the possibility of using the walls for our furnishings. It follows that, with the installation of a built-in air conditioner, there is well-being but there is no … the air conditioner! This indoor unit is used together with the inverter outdoor unit to create the commercial mono split air conditioner combination. Its operation is always particularly efficient also thanks to the use of R32 gas.

DESIGN

Characterized by a Slim Design for the thickness of only 210 mm, the Olimpia Splendid NEXYA S5 E Duct ductable air conditioner allows the adoption of truly discreet and at the same time very functional architectural solutions. Its „invisible“ presence allows you to air-condition large rooms in a simple way, integrating perfectly into them and leaving the spaces free for the different furnishing needs. Suitable to be installed anywhere: in commercial activities, offices, hotels but also in homes if necessary.

In Olimpia Splendid NEXYA S5 E Duct air conditioners, the air return duct is located by default in the rear part of the unit but can also be moved to the lower part allowing for greater installation flexibility. These indoor units are equipped with specific outlets for introducing fresh air into the product and with a condensate lifting pump.

The Olimpia Splendid NEXYA S5 E Duct air conditioner purifies the conditioned air because it is equipped with a particular filter that retains all the impurities and dust present; it is easily removed for cleaning.

The Olimpia Splendid NEXYA S5 E Duct air conditioner quickly reaches and always keeps the set temperature constant, without sudden changes; it offers optimal comfort and excellent performance both in the cooling and heating functions since it distributes the air extremely silently and in a truly imperceptible way thanks also to the hidden position of the built-in split. With the automatic regulation of the constant air flow, the fan adapts the power of the air flow in order to adequately air-condition the room. It has many additional functions and features that increase the practicality and comfort of use as well as the feeling of comfort. The Ventilation program offers the possibility of making it work like a normal fan; the Dehumidification program only allows you to use this option which will give drier air on sultry summer days, even without varying the temperature. The Sleep function allows progressive cooling operation, gradually increasing the temperature during the night but lowering the noise level; the Auto function automatically adjusts the operating power in relation to the ambient temperature and optimizes energy consumption; the Turbo function increases performance. Furthermore, with the Follow Me function, the temperature can be detected by a sensor placed in the remote control which allows us to adjust the general functions of our air conditioner; with the 24h Timer it is possible to program its switching on and off; the Gear function allows you to optimize energy consumption thanks to the choice between 3 power options; finally, the Shortcut function offers the possibility to automatically return to the previous settings.

The NEXYA S5 E Duct internal unit is standard equipped with an elegant infrared remote control with LCD display to be able to conveniently set all the operating parameters of the air conditioner and set, according to needs, the desired temperature, the operating mode (cooling, dehumidification, heating or ventilation only), the fan speed, the timer, the economical energy saving mode. It also offers the possibility of programming the machine on a weekly basis at various daily intervals by setting the various parameters autonomously.

THE OUTDOOR UNIT

The 18000 BTU outdoor unit of the Olimpia Splendid NEXYA S5 E Commercial air conditioner is a jewel of technology and represents the heart of the air conditioner.

The outdoor units for monosplit allow you to connect a single indoor unit and specifically that of the power for which they are designed, in this case 18000 BTU; in association with the indoor unit, they are generally used to air-condition a single room.

These outdoor units are very versatile, in fact they allow combinations with three different types of indoor units: the Duct version, concealed, the Cassetta and the Ceiling version, i.e. on the ceiling, exposed.

SAVINGS GUARANTEED

The NEXYA S5 E Commercial outdoor unit always supplies a power proportionate to the real air conditioning needs of the environment in which its indoor unit is located. The high performance and the great comfort produced are the peculiar characteristics both in the summer use of the air conditioner in cooling and in the winter in heating. The Olimpia Splendid Inverter System allows very high energy savings and real attention to the environment. The energy classes achieved are among the highest, up to A++, electricity consumption is always incredibly low. The variable speed compressor adjusts the rotations to the real thermal load request of the indoor unit, contributes considerably to reducing consumption and keeps the temperature constant without sudden changes. Thanks to the heat pump operation, the air conditioner can be used both in summer for cooling and during winter for heating.

The compressor, very silent (max 65 dB(A)), helps to respect one’s sleep and that of the neighbours.

For operation, it uses R32 gas which has a very low environmental impact and therefore contributes considerably to respect for nature and reduces energy consumption to the benefit of bill spending.

Thanks to the Hydrophillic Aluminum coating, these outdoor units are particularly suitable for installations in coastal areas or areas with high humidity in general; this coating allows the units to resist up to 7 times longer than a traditional machine placed in the same environmental conditions.

The outdoor unit of the Olimpia Splendid monosplit NEXYA S5 E Commercial air conditioner can be fixed both in a suspended position and placed on the floor thanks to the supports that can be purchased separately.
