The CONSOLE 3 indoor unit for Clivet air conditioners is mounted low on the wall. The CONSOLE 3 Clivet has a linear and compact design, always pleasing to the eye. Console split air conditioners are a valid alternative to the installation of standard radiators or fan coils and offer the advantage of sending the air flow „at eye level“. Console units can also be easily installed under a window and are particularly suitable for attic apartments where it is always difficult to find adequate spaces to install the splits high up on the walls. This indoor unit is used together with inverter outdoor units to create combinations of multi-split and light commercial air conditioners.

DESIGN

The Clivet CONSOLE 3 has a beautiful design; the lines are all straight and give it a particularly elegant look. It integrates into any architecture and blends with all types of furniture, adapting to any environment in which it is installed, be it a home, a commercial activity or a hotel environment. The CONSOLE 3 indoor units have small and very compact dimensions and take up less space than a standard radiator or fan coil unit.

With its particularly efficient filters that have small holes, the CONSOLE 3 indoor unit effectively purifies the air introduced into the room.

PERFECT CLIMATE AND RELAX

The Clivet CONSOLE 3 air conditioner offers a perfect climate. Thanks to the dual flow air delivery, the user has full control in managing the air flows by choosing only the upper outlet grille or the lower and upper ones at the same time; to always guarantee a particular efficiency, the return of the incoming air takes place from four directions: top, bottom, right and left. The indoor unit is full of many useful additional functions that facilitate its use and help to increase the well-being produced. The movement of the upper flap can be automated using the Auto Swing function. With the incredible number of 12 ventilation speeds, the regulation of the air flow in the room can be personalized in order to always offer the greatest comfort; in heating, the Anti Cold Air function delays the start of the fan until the internal coil is not hot enough and the Temperature Compensation helps to always detect the real room temperature even if the sensor that detects it is at a different height than that of the guests of the environment. The CONSOLE 3 is equipped with the Turbo function for very fast climate control of the environment; the Sleep function for night-time operation reduces noise and sets the balance of the automatic night-time temperature curves. To increase ease of use, if the remote control doesn’t work, the air conditioner can also be turned on and off using a button on the Indoor Unit; in the event of a blackout, the Auto Restart system resets all the settings in use at the time of the power cut; the Timer allows the programming of automatic switching on and off. The rich equipment is completed by a series of particularly technical functions such as the Refrigerant Loss Alarm and the Self-diagnosis which communicates any malfunctions. Last but not least, the SPLIT VRF function, which allows the cycle inversion, in which all indoor units work in heating or cooling mode depending on the season, guaranteeing the possibility of acting on the internal temperature control for each individual room and on the fan speed. There is also a contact for switching on/off from an external device.

THE OUTDOOR UNIT

The MU2-Y outdoor units for Clivet multisplit air conditioners in the residential range have Inverter and Heat Pump technology and represent the beating heart of the air conditioner. The entire range has been renewed compared to the previous MU1-Y and now boasts better performance, greater simplicity and flexibility in installation, a wide operating range in both cooling and heating. The MU2-Y outdoor units work with the innovative R32 gas, a friend of nature and of the consumer because it has a low environmental impact and is more performing and economical than its predecessors.

The multisplit outdoor units offer the great advantage of air conditioning multiple rooms using a single outdoor unit and one indoor unit for each room ; they are particularly recommended where there is little space for the installation of several outdoor units or when you want to reduce the visual impact of this component of the air conditioner on the facade of the building to be air-conditioned.

The outdoor unit presented here has a nominal power of 5.3 kW (in cooling mode) and allows one or two Clivet indoor units of any series to be connected and powered, even with different powers; the indoor units will always operate independently and each will be equipped with its own command.

The multi split outdoor unit for Clivet air conditioners always provides a power that is truly proportionate to the number of indoor units in operation and always gives the possibility to install the air conditioner suitable for the environment to be air conditioned. The latest generation Inverter system allows to have low energy consumption and to always obtain high energy savings. The high efficiency compressor has a particularly robust and reliable structure which contributes to maintaining a constant temperature without sudden changes; it is also very silent, to respect one’s own dreams and those of others. The fan of this outdoor unit regulates its operation between seven speed levels to help save energy; the unit is equipped with the Emergency function that allows operation even in emergency mode from malfunction; the Auto Defrost device prevents the formation of ice on the evaporator. Thanks to the particular measures adopted, the outdoor unit of the Clivet multi split air conditioner guarantees the correct operation of the air conditioner even with very low external temperatures.

R32 gas, with a potential on global warming, GWP, equal to one third compared to that of R410A gas , not only contributes considerably to respect for nature, but also allows combinations of multi-split air conditioners to always obtain excellent energy classes.

For added safety and speed of installation, these outdoor units are equipped with an automatic correction function for wiring and piping errors.

The shell of the MU2-Y outdoor units is equipped with a particular anti- corrosion coating that protects them from bad weather, atmospheric agents and salt. The outdoor unit can be fixed either in a suspended position or placed on the floor thanks to the supports that can be purchased separately.
